Louisville Hip & Knee Institute is proud to announce the addition of C. Michael Granade, M.D., board-certified orthopaedic surgeon and joint replacement specialist, to our team.

Dr. Granade specializes in partial and total knee replacement, anterior hip replacement, and revision joint replacement, bringing a wealth of experience and advanced surgical techniques to our practice. He completed his orthopaedic residency training at the University of Louisville and further honed his skills with a fellowship in hip and knee arthroplasty at Houston Methodist.

Dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care, Dr. Granade is one of the most highly skilled orthopaedic surgeons in joint replacement in Louisville. He stays at the forefront of orthopaedic advancements, ensuring his patients receive the most effective treatment options available.

When he’s not in the operating room, Dr. Granade also enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and dog, hiking, and golfing.
